Ever since dictionary.com was sold a few months ago, it has become riddled with ads. It is safe to say it is the myspace of dictionaries. Let’s be responsible web pioneers by not supporting websites with lots of unnecessary ads. Definr is a fast, accurate, and looks like a girl made it. It is safe to say it is the Legolas of dictionaries.

– Onesentence This is a cool site with stories told in one sentence. They are sometimes funny, sometimes sad, sometimes im scared of you but all i want to do is to hold you tight treat you right. They are mostly confessional type things like postsecret, without all the dramatic artsy crap.
Remember when we used to have to ask a friend when we didnt know something? And if they knew the answer you would say “i knew i could count on you” and that person feels a little better about themselves. And remember when we had to memorize phone numbers? And we would only memorize the few that mattered most to us. And it felt good to be one of those people who’s phone number...

Went to see Rilo Kiley on nov. 14th at Riverside. Let me tell you that Jenny Lewis is one of the greatest rock/folk performers of our age, and her CDs dont do her justice. Go see her live! Thanks Jen for taking me to see them the first time.
